These Terms govern the use of the app “stab.” (the “Service”). By registering you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old. Under 16, consent of a legal guardian is required.
Each username is unique and belongs to one person only. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
You keep all rights to your content (avatar, backgrounds, music, messages, links) and grant us a non-exclusive right to store and display it in order to provide the Service. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to everything you upload.
Forbidden in particular: hate speech, harassment, depictions of violence, sexual content involving minors, illegal content, spam, malware, and sharing third-party personal data without consent.
We do not use precise location. We only derive your country — from your device or browser language, or the coarse region of your IP address — to translate the app and preselect your language. GPS data or exact coordinates are never collected, stored or shared, and there is no “people nearby” feature.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is”. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permitted.
We may amend these Terms; material changes are announced in the app. German law applies; mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every report is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the responsible account is suspended or deleted. You can report content and block users anywhere in the app; blocked users can no longer contact you or see your content.
